FRANK COSTA - Director

Frank has been building homes for more than 40 years. He is the founder and patriarch of Costa Constructions and continues to play a pivotal role in guiding the business.

Frank moved his family to the Sunshine Coast from Brisbane during the 70s and has grown the business to become one of the region's most sought after high quality new home builders in Brisbane & Sunshine Coast.

Frank has worked hard to ensure that Costa is not your average building company.

TONY COSTA - Quantity Surveyor

Tony is Frank's eldest son and has learned the trade as an apprentice under his father over 20 years ago. His passion for high quality and excellence continued with his own business before returning to the family business several years ago.
For Tony, the company's point of difference is it's ‘hands on' approach.

"You are not just another number when it comes to building with us. We are a local family owned business so you deal with the owner direct - from the conceptual stage right through to the completion of your home. We know this is very reassuring for our clients."

DEAN COSTA - Director

Like his brother Tony, Dean began his apprenticeship under his father and has now been building prestige homes on the Sunshine Coast for nearly 14 years.

Dean has a passion for building and pushing the boundaries of design and workmanship and he is committed to overseeing the building of your home from start to finish.

"I like to be presented with a challenge and I pride myself on fulfilling that challenge by making sure our homes are of the highest quality and are built on time and within budget. Building a home is a major investment for so many people and we want to make sure that is it as easy as it can be for our clients."

FRANK GENTILE - Operations Manager

After obtaining his bachelor of commerce degree, and with more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, running a multi-award winning restaurant, Frank has acquired a strong desire for perfection and his business management skills are impeccable. Frank knows the importance of customer satisfaction and now applies these same principles to the competitive building game. 

As Operations Manager, Frank, not only oversees the day to day running of the company, but is the link between client and construction. He will follow building of your home carefully - making sure the design, size, inclusions and finishes to your home are within your budget.
