Tender on an existing plan

If you have already designed your new home and are simply looking for a builder, we can provide you with pricing on your plan (free of charge).

Remember that the more information that you give us, the more detail we can put into our pricing.

Information required:
Architectural plan
Engineering plan
As constructed sewer plan
Soil test results
List of inclusions ie fixtures and fittings, such as benchtop type (laminate or stone), cupboard door type (laminate, 2pack, timber etc)
Floor types for all areas, etc etc
We will also help you with filling in the inclusions list when you meet with us for an appraisal (if you havent done so already).

Remember, the more information that you give us regarding finishes, the less Prime cost (PC) sums and Provisional sums (PS) that will be included in the pricing.
